Our Approach

Mind Body Sport provides mental health support that reflects the demands of sport and high-performance environments.

What this looks like in practice

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to the individual. The focus is on understanding how mental health concerns show up within sport, performance, and everyday life, and on developing practical strategies that support mental health and day-to-day functioning.

How sessions are informed

Sessions may use CBT, DBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed approaches, depending on individual needs.

  • Anxiety and mood concerns

  • Burnout and overtraining

  • Injury, rehabilitation, and return to sport

  • Transitions within and out of sport

  • Perfectionism, identity, and performance-related stress

This approach focuses on mental health within sport and everyday life.
